How does the dress hire work?
Once you have found a dress, use the calendar to check the availability of the dress. Select your size and then choose the date you would like the dress to be delivered. We recommend selecting a delivery date 1-2 days before your event. All delivered hires include a pre-paid return satchel to post the dress back.
Can I try your garments on?
Yes, we currently offer a home try-on experience for our Ballarat residents only. Click here to book a time. *We are not offering postal try-ons at this stage
How long can I rent a dress for?
The hire period is 4 days. The first day of your booking is the day the dress arrives and the final day is the day the dress needs to be posted back.
What if the dress doesn’t fit?
If your dress arrives and it doesn’t fit, isn’t right, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. Please then send the dress back in the return satchel within 24 hours and we will issue a credit note for the hire amount minus postage. The dress must be in it’s original, unworn condition.
Do I have to clean the dress?
No, we take care of the dry cleaning.
What if I damage the dress?
We understand accidents happen and if the dress does get damaged in any way, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and we are more than likely able to fix the issue. If the dress is damaged beyond repair, you will unfortunately be charged the replacement value of the dress.
How much does delivery cost?
FREE delivery on all orders within a 10km radius of Ballarat, Victoria.
$15 express shipping for RENTAL orders only - this includes a return satchel.
$10 Flat rate shipping on all other orders
How long will my rental dress take to be delivered?
The estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days, depending on location. ** Please note that due to the current Covid-19 situation, Australia Post are taking longer than expected to get our Express Postage parcels to our customers. We are sending out dresses earlier than usually to ensure they arrive in time, however please note that we cannot guarantee your parcel will arrive in time. If this happens, please read here.
How do I return my rental dress?
A return pre-paid satchel is included in your order, simply place the dress in the satchel and drop to your local Post Office or Yellow Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on your return date.
What if I return my dress late?
We rely heavily on timely returns and therefore if you return your items late, you will incur a thirty dollar ($30.00) late fee for every day you are late. Up to the RRP value of the dress indicated on our website. If you are unable to deliver your dress back by the specified time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
